If your Supra iBOX BT LE is unresponsive please call Supra at 877-699-6787.  If they determine the lockbox is defective they will provide you with a Reference Number in order for you to receive a new Supra iBOX BT LE.  To receive your new lockbox you must bring the defective lockbox along with the Reference Number to the DBAAR office.  Please be sure to let staff know if there are keys located inside the box that need to be returned to you.
