The policy established by the National Association of REALTORS® dictates that all active members must take a code of ethics class once every four years.  This is called the ‘quadrennial ethics requirement’.  Every active Realtor member must take an ethics class sometime within this four year cycle.

What does this mean to you?  As an active Realtor, you must take a Code of Ethics class sometimeduring your four-year cycle.  Tracking and uploading of your attendance in a Code of Ethics program is handled by the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS®.  Failure to meet the mandate is a violation of your membership requirements and will result in suspension of membership until the requirement is met or until membership is automatically terminated.
